Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unused, unopened products for up to 30 days after delivery in the United States, for a full refund of your purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not accept returns for international orders or custom items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@pinsnickety.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
