Shipping policy

Orders ship within three business days via USPS. Delivery time will vary depending on where you live, but most orders to the United States should arrive within 3-8 days once they ship.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most U.S. orders will ship for $5. Orders of $80 or more ship free in the U.S.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unused, unopened products for up to 30 days after delivery, for a full refund of your purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@pinsnickety.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
